This instrument has nothing to do with what a harpsichord should play or sound like. It's a 20th century hybrid, like Pleyel used to make, that might be fine for Tori Amos but wont work for any serious historical music. Sorry, you'll just have to learn to like oblong pins, which actually are easier to tune and string with than the modern type once you get used to them.....
