The SAT does not seem to work in that way. Even though you have your SAT offset for your non-standard pitch, when you use the pitch-raise function, it automatically zaps your original pitch offset, and simply calculates an appropriate pitch raise to standard pitch. Therein lies the apparent roadblock to using the SAT to pitch raise to a non-standard pitch.
