SAT Pitch Raise to Lower Pitch

There is one other method which can boggle the mind some for those who are
confused easily.  The crystal can be manually offset using the up/down
cents buttons until the non-standard pitch desired causes the lights to
stand still in the TUNE mode.  This method also eliminates having to use a
page in memory

Warning: If this method is used, the offset crystal does not reset itself.
It must be reset manually to A440 using the same buttons to return the SAT
to normal operation.
