Dick, Some of the information you're looking for was in my post from a couple of days ago. Since it got lost in the deluge, I'll post the pertinent parts again: "Further, the tech service department is being overseen by Joe Vitti (whom a number of you know personally.) They are in the process of moving tech service and parts back to Trumann, AR since being at the factory makes more sense than being at the headquarters. Kent Webb is sorely missed but they are hiring 4 technicians to work on Artist grand production, teach technicals and work the tech service lines. At this point, the following numbers may help: Tech Service: 800-876-2976 ext, 8585 (email forthcoming because I've misplaced it) Piano Parts: Eric Ostman 877-889-4805 (toll free) - email: eostman@bscn.com Concertmaster: Steve Bryan 800-876-2976 ext. 4601 - email: steve.bryan@bpao.com" Allan Allan L. I have to believe somebody knows how to get ahold of Baldwin. They don't seem to have an 800 number and there is nothing on there web page on how to contact them I need to buy pedals for an Acrosonic. Schaff doesn't have them. The pedal measures only 4-7/8" from the pivot end to the base of the horn. If somebody could tell me how to get in touch with baldwin or get a new pedal from another source I would be grateful. Thanks Dick Day Marshall MI
