Moderation

FYI, when Andy does respond to our occasional howls for a Moderator, 
he suggests that could be achieved if the current list is "left 
alone", and a volunteer moderator would cull out the "content" posts 
from the chat, to be posted as a "moderated digest." He's willing to 
set it up, if the appropriate volunteer has the stamina.
As Clyde suggested, a bit of self moderation goes a very long way.
Time to go do some tuning,
