Pitch Raise Fee Structure

A quick pitch raise and rough tuning can be performed in the same time as
a good tuning.  I charged the price of a normal home tuning and recommended
that a follow-up tuning be done in a certain time frame depending on the usage.

We'd either schedule it or leave it that they would call later.
