I have adjusted my "weekend" to Sunday and Monday. That allows me to get those clients who want Saturday tunings, and still have 2 days of a weekend free. If clients need Sunday tunings, I try to fill up a Sunday and take another day that week, maybe Tues. or Weds. Adds some variety. Having Monday off while all the stores are open is also a plus.
