Hi Everyone,

I think our listserv could do with a big dose of tolerance and courtesy.

Perhaps before we reply to a post, we should all ask ourselves if our
comment is going to be helpful, and/or constructive criticism. If it is not
then perhaps just deleting the message that has upset you might be the
better course of action.

If we are not here to help each other, and our fellow man, then what is the
point.

Yes, this is a supposedly "tech" listserv about pianos. But that should
include discussions about "anything" that is helpful to another technician.
