Needham upright piano info query

 Thanks for your info Lynn.
This piano is at pitch, the bridges are in great shape and there is
only one small crack in the sound board. Even though about half of
the hammer felt has been filed off over the years and they are little
rocks, the tone seems very nice. The high treble is very clear and
the bass is not muddy. Pin torque is even around 55 inch/lbs.
