I also use small bottles.  As far as keeping it in the refrigerator, I
wouldn't do this, because of the condensation.  The moisture in the air
makes it coagulate.  You can hasten the cure of the glue by breathing
heavily on it.  Or moisten one part to be joined and put glue on the
other- it will harden immediately.  I would suggest only to keep it
cool.  JMHO.
