Yamahan U1 Upright

I once owned a U1 and had the same problem of music falling off the narrow
music rack.  I removed the rack and bought a piece of wood a little bit
wider and a lot longer from the lumber yard.  I stained and varnished the
new wood as close as I could and used the same hinges to fasten it to the
fallboard.  It worked great.  When I sold the piano a year later,  I
replaced the original wood rack.
