rebushing without getting bushed

Unless these are unusual flanges that have to be rebushed, it would be much 
cheaper to replace them. 

If all you're doing is the rebushing, figure about 2 minutes per flange. If 
you also have to take them off, and back on the action rail, etc., triple 
your time.
