Hi, It sounds like your trouble might be that you are using the wrong size tubing. It is probably either 9/64" ID or 5/32" ID. If you are using tubing from the local hardware or auto parts store it probably has walls that are too thick. If you think this is the trouble, contact: Player Piano Company 704 E.
