FWIW - One of the most useful items that I have found to keep the "gold" mixed evenly with the lac that I use is a 2 quart pressurized pot with a built in agitator. Agitator is air driven and speed of agitation is adjustable. Mine was market by ( possibly even made by) Stewart Warner. Works for me. John R.
