Greetings all: I have encountered this problem twice. First, the parts were heated by sunlight. Were you using heat lamps? Second, mahogany and some rosewood contain oils occurring naturally in the wood. This caused trouble for me once. After trying EVERYTHING I applied a thin coat of shellac. Problem solved. Now, as a matter of course, I apply a shellac sealer coat on top of past filler. Berley A. Firmin II Bayou La Combe, Louisiana
