PVC-E Question

Jim,

It is safe to do in an hour, but I generally wait longer because I am doing
something else while waiting (cleaning the shop, eating lunch, taking a nap,
etc.) If the filing causes the keytop to come unglued, I have always been
able to reglue it.

Clamps are not needed with PVC-E, BTW.

Subject: PVC-E Question

Et Al;
 When using PVC-E to apply new keytops, what is the recommended time for
allowing it to dry before filing keys?
