Just wondering if any of you have had service problems with
Boston/Steinway parts department .

Yep.

Any suggestions as to how I can get some kind of response?

If Boston parts come from the S&S factory, send a fax.  It's the ONLY thing 
that will be answered...I've been through this before.

BE SURE to include proof that you are a pro (business card or letterhead), or 
you'll get a form letter back.  They called me "Madam."  I think they close 
at 3pm, but I'm not sure.
