Over the years I've *heard* that Bauer, and Sohmer have intentionally made reverse crown soundboards. Living in the general neighborhood (greater Boston suburbs) of Ivers & Pond's former domain, and seen many of their pianos, I think it is very unlikely that they ever intentionally put out a product with reverse crown.
