Wim I tune at a store with two other tuners. I charge $20.00/ floor tuning; add $5.00 for a pitch raise. Tech work and case preps are extra. We do not get the customer's name until the customer ( or sales person) asks for an in-home tuning. The requests are divided up among us; it comes out quite evenly. The only difference is when the customer asks for a specific technician. I charge the store for warranty tunings and repairs at about a 25% discount.
