Square Grand FAC

I have been asked to tune a Weber square grand.  I am still learning my
aural temperament tuning so in the meantime must rely on my SAT III.  How do
I determine the FAC for a square grand?  I understand that these pianos (PSO
maybe ?) are a bit strange however I think it would be a fun experience.

Is there anything in particular I need to be aware of?

 I have been reading about them in my copy of J. Cree Fischer's "Piano
Tuning" 1907 ed.  reprint. He devotes a bit of material about, "these pianos
that are all at least 15 years old".

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
