OT - Reed Organ rebuilding - suppliers?

Advise him to replace ALL the leather, felt, and cloth, even if it looks
ok, or he doesn't really want to, with something similar to what was there
(resist synthetics). Test sub-assemblies and reeds before assembling and
assuming it will work. They may be just slightly glorified harmonicas, but
it's still pretty easy to screw the job up. Done right, they're really neat.
