G'day Robert, With respect, I can't agree with you here. There's no guarantee that _any_ factory has the geometry right in _all_ their pianos. There is no reason that you can't try and improve a poor situation in a piano... we often rescale pianos with problems, we also replace actions for pianos with parts that are no longer available or where there is an obvious problem... It usually just takes some time, thought and maybe help...which is of course why we are all here.
