Finishing question/Black sanding sealer

I get mine from Industrial Finishes (301) 424 3033 in Rockville, MD.  The
brand is Lenmar, item C-216, Black Cellulose Sealer.  I think Lenmar is a
Baltimore based company, but the brand should be available nationally.
