Now I can add something for Rogerio, I have seen both in Venezuela, the tube
type and the Solid state type. Some places in Venezuela we have a very hot
climate. If he uses the original valves, and that is what I tell Rogerio to
give it a thought, I have seen them failing sometimes pretty soon, the solid
state ones (which I did not know where they acquired them) the last much
longer, something like ten times the valve life or more. There is a
difference though. For most of the people it sounds quite well, for people
with good educated hearing (several musicians share my opinion) the original
valves give a warmer and richer sound. In Venezuela because of economic
crisis, and imports difficulty(cost) many prefer solid state circuitry, now
you have the info, you can choose
