Lady Clairal hair bleach is not high but higher than the 3% in the
bottle.  Higher concentrations have to be gotten at industrial
chemical supply houses.  H2O2 of anything over 10% is dangerous to
handle.  I will seriously burn you if you are not VERY careful.
