attachments, viruses, email, and lists

I would suggest if anyone starts getting attachments from any one we all be
notified as quick as possible.

I also didn't run across the virus the first time I ran Norton
Anti-Virus.  After I upgraded the definitions it showed up. I
had a heck of a time removing it...
