Hi Mark,

Disappointed how?

Too long unwound ends?  (my complaint)
Poor sound from above?
Turn around time?
Work quality?

If the first two I design scales for pianos and some use Mapes and
some Schaff.  It does not matter who as long as they follow the
recommendations and scale chart.

Isaac likes to design his own scale, which is fine although we
disagree on values but his strings sound good.
