Final Report

Dear Colleagues:

The final result of the Tremper Stupidity Index is in.  Recall that the 
scale was 1-10 (10 being the stupidist).   The winner is FRED W. TREMPER.  
His score of 9 was the highest achieved.  It goes to show that no one in 
the PTG is dumber than he.

By the way, I will be moving from the Kentucky area sometime today.  I 
will not be connected to pianotech or PTG-L.  If anyone wants to contact
