Hi Brian,

Thanks for the reply.

You asked:

<< How far do you want to go with it? New block, I know, but anything
else? New board? New bridges? Any new action parts? Key recovery?
Refinish? >>

New pinblock, strings, keytops, hammers, and dampers. It needs to be
refinished because of the nasty white color someone painted it. I'm not
sure about the original color, but a different one than it currently has
would be better. :-)

I'd have to check the action to see whether it should be replaced. At this
point, I was considering only replacing the hammers, and cleaning/regulating
the action.

The bridges are in good shape, as is the soundboard. There are some false
beats due to loose bridge pins which epoxy could fix--not much to that.
(I'd replace the bridge pins regardless.)

I had thought about re-scaling as well.

Thanks for your input.
