If any of you acted more stupidly than I, I would love to hear about it. It will make me feel so much better: When I first started out I made arrangements for an experienced technician to replace a pinblock in a customer's home. He charged me with the responsibility of ordering new tuning pins. I called Schaff and asked for 88 tuning pins, which they delivered promptly. Who can top that?
