Take a magnifying glass t look at the wires. Take a grand damper holding rack. Take a SET of grand damper wires. Take new damper felts. Take good compact lighting. Take a short stool. Take every conceivable wire tool. Take a MotoTool with cut off disks to cut a slot in case a screw brakes. Take miniature screw drivers. If the wires are indeed breaking you might consider using a set of barrels to splice the wires. Use the MotoTool to flatten the ends of the wires. Use CA to assure the splice. A good machinist's supply house may have such an item already made up. Take a barrel to show and say you want one with two screws. Take a flame suit for the customer so he won't get burned with blue air. Lots of luck. Newton
