My son lived in Phoenix for a year and tells me that anyone can carry a gun as long as it is not concealed. You may also carry a weapon in the glove box leagally. He also stated that he never saw anyone rideing a motorcycle without a gun, that car jackings are so common that the news only reports the ones with children in the car at the time. He tells of the time when he was managing a store, when the emergency vehicle was taking rifle fire from afar while trying to help a seizer patient. It is very dangerous to live in Phoenix proper.
