I would never advise anyone to buy a piano that I knew nothing about. If she called me I would offer to appraise it for her. My appraisals include a tuning, and I charge the same for an appraisal as for a tuning. After the appraisal I could intelligently answer the lady's question. Bob Anderson Tucson, AZ
