I would prefer not to answer a question with a question (or questions), but
in this case I think it would be warranted.

1. Is a spinet adequate for _your_ musical needs?  If, as you mention, you
are considering possibly getting a larger instrument (I'm assuming console
or studio here) as a later alternative, why is that?  Do you like the
sound, feel or some other factor better.

2. Could you tell me it's current location? (After all, it may already be
one in my database.)

3. Would it be worth $?? (cost of service call) to you for me to assess
it's mechanical/musical worthiness?
