Dying Bass Strings

On the few early one's I've seen (none since :-) the side bearing was
too great in the bass. A new cap would correct this as well as any excessive
downbearing as the case may be.

I would recommend replacement strings to be ordered from GC Piano
if you want the best results. Maybe even rescale them as well.
