I like teh homemade product, have used them for years: piece of dowel w the smooth # pin in one end and 1/2 size smaller in the other. I bought Schaff's but use my own because it takes less space in the kit. --- Wally Wilson, RPT Have you tried the center pin > broaches sold by Schaff Piano Supply?
