Well....

mr bill is a person who knows his way around the insides of pianos and can
tune with a high degree of accuracy and stability. He has chosen to limit
his tuning output to "historical" temperaments, i.e. anything _BUT_ equal
temperament.

This ability and predilection has garnered him the honor to be chosen to
tune for seminars and conventions for the demonstration of said HT's.

He is extremely well thought of, by himself. This is quite evident when in
his presence, either real or virtual. His condescension knows no bounds.

He has the ability to completely discount anyone else's expertise. His
reaction to anyone questioning his statements dearth of corroborating
evidence is to attack the questioner. How dare anyone question
he-who-of-course-is-right!

He has the amazing ability to equate equal temperament and those who tune
it to a horrible conspiracy against all of music (he called it holocaust)
and Nazis.

So, if you wish to discuss HT's with him, (off-list, please) he will be
your friend. If you even hint that equal temperament could possibly be a
viable option, watch out.
I know.
