CFS also designed many other pianos, including Gordon Laugheads.  I think
rather than designing for a purpose he had a stock of scales already
designed and whoever could buy whatever they wanted from his stock book.
Kind of like selling calculated tunings for the SAT or RCT.  Seems like
everyone bought his medium to poor ones.  Does anyone know of a really good
scale he designed?
