CFS - trivia? more

If I remember correctly, CFS had something to do with Wurlitzers'
calibrated element they used to use.  He may have been responsible for their
hexagonal soundboard also.  I always thought his designs were a little
screwy as I couldn't name you one that worked really well.  Can someone tell
me some of his designs that really worked well?
