Three Sides to Same Thing (largely autobiographical)

Hi Zr,
I totally agree with your post, maximise a concert grand for use
with an orcestra, max power ect. in the killer octave, almost to the point
of V bar zings, and observe the little false beats and how quickly the
unisons want to inter act. Now take the same piano and voice for recital
use in a smaller hall, and your tuning will last in such a manner as to
flatter your talents. No wonder that a set of hammers only last 5 years on
our rental artist grands. The two areas are so inter active, that it defies
description. Pushing the let off to 1/32" will also give suprising
tuning/voicing results.
 Excellent observations.
