Actually, it is Bill Gates, but the email tracing program's real purpose is
the epidemeology of rumors and stupid people. The offer, while good, is
simply a demonstration for the targeted end-users: manufactuers wishing to
market to consumers, and politicians anxious to know how large groups of
gullible people may be connected via the internet.

Sure the offer is good. How could the Justice Dept. be accusing MacroShaft
of a monopoly when MS is giving its operating system away.
