Ebony Discoloration

List,
I have a customer who is not happy with the lighter
shades on some of her sharps. On the list a while
back, a solution was mentioned but I am not certain
I remember it correctly. My attempts to access the
archives' search failed as well.

So two pieces of info would be helpful:
1. Components of solution to darken ebony.
2. Site of archive search.

I usually save info like this but I can't find it (if I did).
