While I have never been called such a name, I have given FREE advice,more
than a few times, and now I know how to give it over the telephone,,(You
learn all about trolls with an 800 number) "Ma'am your piano will sound
and play the same for the *next* ten to twenty years. In your case,
hopefully by then I will have an
apprentice I can send out for half price, and hopefully two people then
will be very happy.

ps  re "We see them as we are"   One thing I like about piano tuning,
blood sucking clients are few are far between like once every ten to
twenty years. (Well I did have good training).  Naw such people don't own
any musical instruments, let alone pianos.
