Hi Jim. << The old bushings are glued in with the white heat activated wafers.>> What worked for me in the past was to use wallpaper remover in the solution to soak them, ( It should penetrate the cloth), then use metal keybushing cauls heated up to perhaps 300 degrees. Put them in and let them have twenty or thirty seconds, (as long as it takes to put two more cauls in the next two keys, work your way through them.) If the glue will still not release, wet them down again and use more heat. you want there to be a puff of steam arise when you push the caul in.. Good luck, Ed Foote
