Any suggestions for doing this >efficiently? > Well, F Dude, I've used bungie cords to hold all the stickers out of my way. Stretchy cords with hooks on their ends ..... uh .... shock cords ...... uh .... rubbery rope with hooks. There's a multi sectional screw together rod available from supply houses to do this with, but it was designed to work on certain types of drop actions. I've used it in conjuntion with two very short bungie cords to hold it in place on each end. Remove all the keys first. Hook the ends of the bungie cord to each end action bracket. The middle will sag a bit but with the keys removed, it should be too much of a problem. Make repairs, and reassemble in the reverse proceedure. Good luck, and happy new year.
