Hammer to string is 48mm
Key dip is 10mm

Check that the back of the jack lines up with the back of the knuckle
insert.

Check that the jack can be moved out and back under the knuckle when the
hammer is at rest, under it's own spring tension.

Remove a hammer shank and check that the hammers swing seven times to
the bottom of the swing when the flange is held vertically and the
hammer is released from a horizontal position.

Check every 10th or 12th hammer then lean the action against a well and
adjust it's angle to the wall so that those hammers you checked just
barely move back to rest position when pulled away from rest.

Check that the jack pinning is free, that wippen pinning is free, that
the keys move and and down totally freely when the wippen is lifted off
the capstan.

Check that the wippens align with the hammers which are aligned to the
strings.

I can look up other specifications but you might get faster response if
you post your request to Bill Brandom <BillBrando@AOL.COM> who works for
Yamaha and knows ALL this stuff.

Best regards.
