As some of might know, I have two technicians working for me. I think I am paying them a decent wage, but I would like to know if I am in the ball park, or out of line. If you have employees, or work for someone, could I ask you tell me the job title, or responsibilites, how much experience, number of hours per week, and how much per hour. This would be for those who get paid per hour, not if you subcontract or get paid by the job. As this is rather confidential information, please respond to me privately.
