Hi All,
Just before the Estey Company assumed room temperature they came out with
their piano cases being made of solid plastic-like (polystyrene) material. 
They came in decorator colors as well as antique finishes,  The advantage
was that you could get knicks on them and they wouldn't show  it.  It was
an idea they came up with too late.
