The way to "buy" a list is to say to the seller... "I will pay you one half of all your tunings scheduled the first year." Mail to all on the list and keep track and pay half of just those that call from the list. You will then know the true value of the prospects given you. A good list should produce the result they want and both parties will be happy. If the person is not OK with that ...it aint a good list. Ed Tomlinson
