Dan,
CAll Samick and get a new one.  I service one in a hotel that gets moved 
by gorillas or something. I went to tune it recently and the center 
action bracket was broken. called Samick and had a new one in a few days, 
didn't cost much and didn't take too long to replace (as long as you 
don't strip out action screws, ask me how I know).
